| Instructions to call for San Francisco Airport (SFO) pick-up. |
| You can call the hotel directly at (650) 508-7123 from your cell phone and notify the staff that you will be requiring pick-up from the airport. |

| 1. From the baggage claim area, use the courtesy phone and dial Sofitel's exclusive number "16." You will be speaking to one of our Concierge Desk agents. Please give the airline name to our agent. |
| 2. Go to the upper level (departure area). |
| 3. Exit through the doors and cross the street. |
| 4. Stay on the middle island and look for a sign that says "HOTEL COUTESY SHUTTLE." |
| 5. The color of our mini van is WHITE. |
| APPROXIMATE RUNNING TIME: 15-20 minutes one way. |

shuttle service back to the airport: Please call our Concierge Desk at least three hours before you check-out. Let the agent know the exact time of your departure at the airport. |
