RESEARCH QUESTION:
What are the current treatments, and alternative treatments, being used for
patients suffering with the Hepatitis C
(HCV) virus?
Hepatitis C is a current
global epidemic. It is spreading
rapidly, and treatments are subjective.
In researching this I discovered that in order to learn about any
alternative treatments, you must first learn about the obvious treatments and
the epidemiology of the disease, so I have included information on this page
about Western Medicine treatments as well as information about alternative
treatments. I chose this topic
because I have three people very close to me suffering with the disease. I hope this can be used as a tool to
help them, and others, with their research on how to treat the chronic
disease.
