Payment InformationFees are subject to change at any time by action of the State Legislature, Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, or the San Mateo County Community College District Board of Trustees. All student records are automatically held until all outstanding debts to the District Colleges have been cleared. Fees are due and payable at the time of registration. Credits and Refunds for Spring 2010Prior to: January 19, 2010 Students dropping all classes will receive full credit toward future registration fees for the amount of all fees paid. A $10 processing fee (plus an additional $50 processing fee for non-resident students and F-1 Visa international students) will be retained by the College if a refund is issued to the student. Beginning: January 19, 2010 1. Enrollment Fee/ Non-resident Tuition Short Courses: 2. Variable Unit Courses No Enrollment Fee or Nonresident Tuition refund or credit will be available to students enrolled in variable unit courses who earn fewer units of credit than the number for which they originally registered. Students earning additional units will be charged accordingly. 3. Health Services, Parking, and Student Representation Fees These fees are fully refundable to students who officially drop all of their semester-long classes on or before February 1, 2010. For short courses, these fees are refundable through the first 10% of the class meetings. Thereafter, these fees are not refundable or transferable unless an action of the College (e.g., class cancellation) prevents the student from attending. 4.
