Continuing EOPS Students: Please call the EOPS office at 650-306-3300 to reserve a space in one of the following orientation dates. A bookvoucher will not be issued until students attend an orientation and complete the orientation survey.

The last date to attend an EOPS Continuing Student Orientation is January 10, 2008. The las day to use the book voucher is August 29, 2009. Any unused funds will be teturned to EOPS.

Only students who are invited to attend the orientation will recieve a letter to attend. Students must call to reserve a space.

Please allow two hours for an orientation that will include meeting with an EOPS Counselor and receiving your EOPS Book Voucher to pay for "Required Textbooks." You must arrive on time for your scheduled orientation. If you miss your orientation, you may become ineligible for a book voucher.

New EOPS Students: If you are new to EOPS, you must attend an orientation in order to receive EOPS Services. Space is limited for each orientation session and reservations are required. Please call 650.306.3300 to reserve your spot at the EOPS Orientation.

College Readiness Workshop: These workshops are design to assit students wth those unasked questions such as understanding your Student Educational Plan, WebSmart, my.SMCCD and more.

EOPS/CARE Application Deadlines

There is no deadline for applying for EOPS and CARE. However, start date of the program will be determined by EOPS. Potential applicants are encouraged to apply before the start of the semester for possible start date in the same semester the application is submitted.
