Dr. Hamid Shahnasser

Bio

Dr. Shahnasser received his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1989. He is currently a professor of electrical and computer engineering at San Francisco State University School of Engineering. Prior to that Dr. Shahnasser studied and worked as a research staff at Carnegie-Mellon and McGill Universities. Dr. Shahnasser's research interests are in the area of Computer Systems & Communication Networks, and his research and educational work has been funded by NSF, NSA, NASA Ames research center, Department of Education, as well as local industries.
