Event Planner

The MESA Event Planner is responsible for working with the MESA Director to determine the best date/time and the agenda for the events, identifying a location on campus, arranging for food, publicizing the events, developing sign-in lists, organizing volunteers to help with set-up, and running the event and clean-up.

MESA Class Reps

MESA Class Reps are responsible for announcing MESA events and activities in their classes. They also help recruit new MESA students from the classes they're taking. MESA Class Reps encourage participation in study groups and help connect the MESA Study Group Facilitator for the class with students in the class.

Webmasters & Communicators

Update and enhance the MESA Website.

Update the MESA News Bulletin Board in the MESA Center with information published in the MESA Weekly News.

Edgar DeLoa designed the new MESA Website when he was a MESA student at Cañada College. He's now a Computer Science major at UC Berkeley!
