To best communicate with District staff to get data, evidence and responses to questions emanating from the accreditation process, one of the standard co-chairs should collect all questions/data requests from their committee members in order to assure that they are non duplicative and then forward those questions/data requests to:

Harry:  for HR/Personnel/Staff Development matters
Ron and Barbara: for planning, master planning, enrollment, governance and policy issues
Jim Keller: for finance, budget, productivity, FTES, facilities and construction issues.

Co-chairs are encouraged to call Barbara Christensen, Director of Community/Government Relations, at (650) 574-6560 if they have a question about who to direct their requests to or if they have a question that isn't covered by  the categories listed above.
