Sep 13: 10th Annual John Noce Classic

Golf Tournament Brochure

On Monday October 8th, the Bulldogs will host the 10th Annual John Noce Classic Golf Tournament at Poplar Creek Golf Course. Registration is at Noon, followed by a shotgun start at 1pm. The $150 registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, golf cart, and a buffet dinner. Prizes will be given for closest to the pin and longest drive contest. There will also be a hole-in-one contest to win a: New Car (Own/Lease), Club Glove Package (Rolling duffel & travel bag), TaylorMade Driver, and a $250 Gift Certificate. Additional prizes include: $10,000 for a hole in one, and a $1,000 putting chance. This is a great opportunity for Bulldogs, young and old to reunite and spend a day at the golf course. Please help us reach our goal of 140 golfers and raise the funds needed to keep Bulldog Baseball at the Championship level. Aug 13: 11 Scholarships for 2008

The CSM Baseball program set a new high for players transferring to 4-year schools with a scholarship. An unprecedented 11 players from the 2007 squad have accepted scholarships to 4-year schools. Coach Williams on the 2007 sophomore class: "We are committed to get the kids to where they want to go. A big part of our success rate is a commitment to the classroom. Our two main objectives are to win and help these players move on. We're proud we've been able to do both for a long time." Coast Conference Player of the Year Logan Boyd received a scholarship and will play for Division I National Champion Oregon State University. Jack Adams and Tyler Heil received scholarships to San Jose State University, while Ryan Scoma received a scholarship to UC Davis. The 10th Annual John Noce Golf Classic will be held on Monday October 8th. The shotgun start will begin at 1pm. Please check back for more information about the tournament or contact coach Doug Williams at (650) 358-6875.

May 7: Bulldogs Host Diablo Valley College

The 2007 Coast Conference Champion CSM Bulldogs will host Diablo Valley College in the 1st round of the Northern California Playoffs. The best 2 out of 3 series will start on Friday May 11th at 3pm. The second game will be on Saturday May 12th with 1st pitch at 11am. A third and final game will follow, if necessary.

General admission is $5 per game while identified students, faculty, staff, senior citizens, and children under 12 years of age are $3. A BBQ concession stand will be available for both days of the tournament.

May 2: Coast Conference Champions

   


The 2007 CSM Bulldogs clinched another Coast Conference North Championship with a 10-1 victory over Skyline. Derek Thomas pitched a complete game for the victory. CSM's offense was led by Logan Boyd who hit 2 homeruns to put the game out of reach. 2007 marks an unprecedented 6th consecutive Coast Conference Championship. After the game sophomores Price Kendall and Ryan Scoma combined to dump 2 buckets of water on Coach Williams to finish off a great day for CSM (pictured above)
The Dogs will host the first round of the Northern California playoffs on Friday May 11th. CSM's opponent will be determined at a seeding meeting held on Sunday May 6th.

Apr 18: Former Bulldog Ben Langridge Throws a No Hitter



Ben Langridge, a member of the 2005 Bulldog team pitched a no-hitter for Oklahoma City University. Langridge struck out 5 and with the win improved to 3-0 on the season. Langridge was Coast Conference Pitcher of the Year and an All American with an 11-0 record in his sophomore year. Congratualtions Ben on a great accomplishment!

On Tuesday April 11th CSM traveled to Monterey Peninsula College behind a strong pitching performance by Derek Thomas. Thomas struck out 8 in 6 innings of work, while only allowing 4 hits. The Bulldog offense was lead by Brett Hart's 4 hits including a double and triple. The Bulldogs are back in action this week as they host Mission College at 2pm on Thursday April 13th and Canada College at Noon on Saturday April 15th. The Dogs have a 24-4 overall record and are 13-2 in the Coast Conference.

Mar 7: Dogs 3-0 in Conference

CSM has started out Coast Conference play with a 3-0 record. With wins over Cabrillo (18-2), Canada (7-1), and Skyline (3-1) the Dogs have improved their overall record to 12-2-1. The Dogs will be back in action on Friday March 9th as they play City College of San Francisco. First pitch is scheduled for 2pm at Balboa Park in San Francisco. CSM has scheduled a non-conference game on Saturday March 10th and will host San Joaquin Delta College. First pitch is scheduled for 1pm.

After dodging the rain drops CSM was able to come away with a record of 4-1 in two weeks of play. With wins over Feather River, Shasta, Lassen and Contra Costa the Dogs are off to a great start to the 2007 season.

Feb 8: Dogs improve to 3-1

Due to weather concerns CSM's game against Ohlone originally scheduled for February 8th was moved up to February 6th. Joey Grant picked up his second win of the year by throwing 6 1/3 innings. Brett Hart led the Bulldogs 11 hit attack with 4 hits of his own, including a double. The bullpen was able to hold onto a 2 run lead to preserve the 5-3 victory. With the win the Dogs improve to 3-1-1 and will be back in action on Friday February 9th and Saturday February 10th. CSM and West Valley College played to a 6-6 tie on Saturday February 3rd. After 10 innings the game was called due to darknesss. CSM pounded out 10 hits including Logan Boyd's first home run of the year. Joey Munn started on the mound and pitched 5 innings allowing just 3 runs. The game may be resumed at a later date.

The Dogs were back in action on February 2nd as they hosted Cosumnes River College. CSM emerged with a dramatic 6-5 win with a 2 out 2 strike hit by Shane Arslan in the bottom of the ninth inning. Joe Oropeza picked up his 1st win of the year by pitching the 4 outs of the game striking out 2 and allowing only 1 hit.

On February 1st CSM hosted Sierra College and lost 8-2. CSM was limited to just 4 hits and committed 4 errors in the loss. Three of CSM's hits went for extra bases as Brett Hart and Ryan Scoma hit doubles and Logan Freethy hit a triple.

Jan 30: Dogs Open the Season with a Win

The 2007 CSM Bulldog Baseball season, was scheduled to start on Friday, January 26th, but the game was cancelled due to rain. However, the Dogs were able to travel to Stockton on Saturday and defeat the San Joaquin Delta Mustangs 15-4. The Dogs pounded out 13 hits, 7 for extra bases. The Bulldog pitching staff limited the Mustangs to just 6 hits and struck out 10.

Jan 23: Alumni Game a Hit

The 2007 Alumni game brought Dogs young and old together for a great day at CSM's new baseball facility. Coach Noce was in attendance to lead the Alumni on the field. A fun time was had by all in attendance as some new great Bulldog memories were created. A special thanks goes out to Dan Danielson (pictured below) for his gracious donation of drinks and food for the BBQ. Dan also got out on the mound for 2 innings of work for the Alumni as well as trying to dodge (not successfully) a line drive. Also, thank you to Kathy and Joe Grant for helping to organize and cook at the BBQ as well.

Dec 13: Bulldog Alumni Game

The Bulldogs will open the 2007 season with an Alumni game on Sunday January 14th, first pitch is scheduled for Noon. The gates will open at 10am with Alumni Batting Practice starting at 10:45am. Coach Noce will be in full uniform to coach the Bulldog Alumni one more time. Included in the $25 participation fee is a BBQ lunch as well as plenty of Bulldog memories.

Dec 13: 2007 Schedule Now Available

The Bulldog’s have announced their 2007 schedule which includes 7 teams that qualified for the 2006 Northern California Playoffs. Here is what Coach Williams has to say about this year’s schedule, “The 2007 schedule is one of the most challenging the Bulldogs have faced in recent years. Our new facility has attracted some of the top competition throughout Northern California. The preseason schedule will get us ready to shoot for our 6th consecutive Coast Conference Championship. We look forward to seeing many of our alumni, boosters and parents at Bulldog Field soon.”

June 8: Two Bulldogs Drafted

2006 Coast Conference North Player of the Year Cody Himes was selected by the Texas Rangers in the 15th round of the Major League Draft on Tuesday June 6th. The draft capped Himes incredible year where he earned his second All American award. Himes hit .368 with 36 RBI's, 17 doubles, and 6 HR's. Himes also stole an incredible 36 bases. Himes will report to the Rangers short season single-A club in Spokane, WA.

Matt Canepa, a Bulldog catcher in 2004 and 2005, was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 15th round. Canepa transferred with a scholarship from CSM to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and had a phenomenal 2006 season at the Division 1 level. Canepa hit .326 with 35 RBI's, 7 doubles, and 1 HR for the Mustangs. Canepa was named to the All-Big West Conference 1st Team.

On Sunday, May 14th, game two of the three game series was played at CSM. The Bear Cubs ended CSM's season with a 3-2 victory. Starting pitcher Derek Thomas pitched six strong innings, allowing single runs in the 1st and 3rd. The Bulldogs tied the game in the 7th on a 2-run homer by Logan Boyd. However, Santa Rosa took the lead with a 2-out RBI single in the bottom of the eighth. The Dogs had a chance to tie the game in the ninth, but an inning ending double play put closure on the Dogs season.

On Saturday, May 13th, game one of the Northern California State Playoffs were hosted by CSM. Reigning state champions, Santa Rosa were the Bulldogs opponents. CSM's Kyle Woodruff and Santa Rosa's Trevor Fox squared off in a pitchers duel. Both ended up throwing complete games with Woodruff striking out 11. Tyler Heil led the Bulldog offense with three hits and Cody Himes had two of his own. The series is best out of three. Game two is played the following day at CSM.

May 8: CSM to Host Santa Rosa in 1st Round of Playoffs

The College of San Mateo Bulldogs will head into the 2006 Northern California playoffs as the #4 seed. The Bulldogs finished the regular season 31-9, and winning their 5th consecutive Coast Conference North Championship. The Bulldogs ended the season on a 17-game winning streak. The #13 seed went to the Santa Rosa Bearcubs, who finished 3rd in the Big 7 conference with an overall record of 27-15 and are the defending State Champions. The best 2 out of 3 series will begin on Saturday May 13 at 1pm. The series will finish on Sunday at 11am, with a second game following, if necessary.

CSM Ends Regular Season With 17 Wins

On Thursday, May 4th, CSM hosted Gavilan College in the final regular season game of 2006. The Bulldogs ended on a high note with a victory over Gavilan, 12-6. Starter Kyle Woodruff pitched five strong innings and picked up his 11th win of the season. CSM had solid relief pitching from Ryan Peters, Derek Thomas, Eric Fregosi and Joey Grant. Logan Boyd had three hits, one which was his seventh home run of the season. Boyd also had a total of five RBI's to help the Dogs to victory. CSM put together a total of 19 hits, Scotty Neilson, Ryan Scoma Tyler Heil, Mike Coccellato, and Ryan Hill all had multiple hits. CSM finished 22-3 in the Coast Conference and won their 5th consecutive Coast Conference Championship. The Bulldogs finished the regular season 31-9. The first round of the State Playoffs begin on Saturday, May 13th .

May 3: CSM Takes Down Mission 12-3

On Tuesday, May 2nd, CSM hosted Mission College and walked away with 12-3 victory. Starting pitcher Kaiminaauao Mead picked up his first win of the season with excellent pitching in the first four innings. Relievers Jack Adams, Mark Pacheco, Kevin Howard, and Tyler Fockler held Mission to just one run in the final 5 innings. Cody Himes hit his sixth home run of the season while Logan Boyd hit his seventh. Boyd also had two singles and two RBI's. Ryan Scoma and Matt Van Orden each had two RBI's as well. CSM will finish the regular season on Thursday as they host Gavilan College at 2 PM. With the win the Dogs improve to 21-3 in the Coast Conference and 30-9 overall.

On Saturday, April 29th, CSM played De Anza College in Cupertino. The Bulldogs won with a final score of 8-5. Starting pithcher Derek Thomas only made it through three innings but good relief pitching saved the game by only giving up one run in the final six innings. Bryan Faulds picked up his fifth save of the season. Shane Arslan had three hits and four RBI's. Darren Gemoll, Tyler Heil each had two hits and Doug Hansen had three of his own. The Bulldogs Coast Conference record is now at 20-3 with two games remaining in the season. CSM will host Mission College on Tuesday, May 2nd at 2 PM.

Starting pitcher Kyle Woodruff took the mound for the Dogs and picked up his 10th win of the year. Reliever Bryan Faulds came into the game with one on and two outs in the 8th inning and was able to put Skyline away and pick up his fourth save of the season. Offensively, the Bulldogs pounded out 16 hits. Cameron Leck hit his eighth home run of the season and put together four RBI's. Shane Darren Gemoll had four hits and three RBI's. On Saturday, April 29th, DeAnza College will play host to CSM, first pitch is scheduled for noon.

On Tuesday, April 25th, the CSM Bulldogs hosted Redwood City's Canada Colts. In a very close game, starter Joey Grant held Canada to only two runs which were enough to pick up his 9th win of the year. Reliever Bryan Faulds came in for relief in the 7th inning with one on and no out and was able to pick up his third save. The Bulldogs got run support from solo home runs from Cameron Leck, Logan Boyd, and Cody Himes. This proved to be just enough for the Bulldogs as the won with the final score of 3-2. With the win and coupled with a loss by second place Skyline, the Dogs clinched their 5th consecutive Coast Conference Championship. Next game will be at Skyline on Thursday, April 27th.

Apr 21: CSM Over Cabrillo 2-1

On Thursday, April 20th, CSM traveled to Aptos to face off against Cabrillo College. Starter Joey Grant picked up his eighth win and helped lift the Bulldogs to victory after pitching six strong innings. Reliever Bryan Faulds picked up his second save by shutting out Cabrillo in the final three innings. Cody Himes, and Darren Gemoll each had three hits and Cameron Leck had two of his own to help the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs scored the go ahead run on Leck's RBI single in the seventh inning. With the win the Dogs improve to 16-3 in the Coast Conference and 25-9 overall. CSM's next game is at home against San Francisco City College, first pitch is scheduled for Noon.

Apr 19: Woodruff's Shutout Beats Ohlone

On April 18th, the CSM Bulldogs hosted Ohlone College on a beautiful day. Starter Kyle Woodruff pitched another gem by shutting out Ohlone 8-0. Woodruff pitched a complete game with five strikeouts. Offensively, the Bulldogs got run support from Cody Himes who hit his fifth home run of the season, got three hits, and produced two RBI's. Himes, Ryan Scoma, and Darren Gemoll each had a double. With the win the Bulldogs remain in 1st place in the Coast Conference with a 15-3 conference record and 24-12 overall. The Bulldogs next game is on April 20th when the team travels to Aptos to face off against Cabrillo at 2pm. On Saturday April 22nd the Bulldogs will host San Francisco City College at Noon.

On April 8th, the CSM Bulldogs traveled across town to Redwood City to face off against Canada College. The Dogs got off to an early start by scoring four runs in the first two innings. Matt Van Orden, Cameron Leck, Darren Gemoll, Tyler Heil each had a double and Cody Himes had two of his own. CSM Starter Derek Thomas gave up a run in the 1st and 3rd innings, but found a rhythm and pitched eight strong innings. With this win CSM improves to 14-3 in the Coast Conference 23-12 overall. CSM's next game will be at home against Ohlone College at 2 PM.

Apr 5: CSM Over De Anza 17-4

On Saturday, April 1st, the CSM Bulldogs hosted De Anza College and continued their hot hitting. The Bulldogs scored all 17 runs in the first five innings. Logan Boyd hit a double and a 3-run home run which was his fifth of the season. Cody Himes went 5-5 along with a double and a triple. Himes had 6 RBI's while Boyd drove in 4. Tyler Heil, Scotty Neilson, Cameron Leck, and Shane Arslan all had two hits each. Derek Thomas pitched five solid innings striking out 6 and picking up his 3rd win of the year. Eric Fregosi, Mark Pacheco, Bryan Faulds, and Jack Adams pitched the final 4 innings allowing only 5 hits. With the win the Bulldogs improve to 11-3 in the Coast Conference and 20-9 overall. The Bulldogs are back in action on Thursday April 6th at Mission College in Santa Clara, for a 2pm start and at Canada College on Saturday April 8th, first pitch is at noon.

Mar 31: CSM over San Francisco City College 14-0

On Thursday, March 30th, the CSM Bulldogs hosted San Francisco City College and won with a final score of 14-0. The Bulldogs scored early, building a 10 run lead by the 4th inning. Joey Grant picked up his sixth win, pitching six shutout innings with 6 K's. Solid relief pitching by Mark Pacheco, Kevin Howard, and Tyler Fockler kept the shut-out in tact. The Dogs had an impressive offensive performance by several players. JJ Mascolo and Mike Coccelato both hit their first home runs of the season. Both hit 3-run shots, Moscolo's in the 3rd and Coccellato's in the 9th. Cody Himes and Darren Gemoll each had 3 hits. Matt Van Orden continued his hot hitting with 2 hits. CSM improves to 10-3 in Coast Conference play and 19-9 overall. The Dogs will host De Anza College on Saturday, April 1st, at noon. Upcoming games include; Tues. April 4th Monterey @ CSM, 2pm. Thurs. CSM Improves to 8-3 in Coast Conference

On Wednesday, March 29th, CSM played their rescheduled game against Skyline College at home. The Bulldogs came out victorious with a final score of 13-6. Starter Kyle Woodruff picked up his seventh win of the season pitching 8 strong innings, allowing only 6 hits and striking out 6. The Bulldogs had outstanding offensive production by Cody Himes and Cameron Leck. Himes hit his third home run of the season and tied the game with a 2-RBI single in the 6th inning. Leck hit 2 monster homeruns as well as a 2 RBI single. Leck hit a solo shot in the 5th and a grand slam in the 7th. Leck finished the day with 7 RBI's.

Mar 29: Bulldogs Win Another in Dramatic Fashion

After the Bulldogs came off a day where they got a huge win, the Dogs were off to Salinas to face off against Hartnell College on Sunday, March 26th. The CSM Bulldogs had great pitching by both starter Derek Thomas and reliever Bryan Faulds. Thomas picked up his second win throwing 7 innings with 9 K's. Faulds picked up the save by pitching the final two innings and striking out four batters. Run production came from Logan Boyd who hit his team leading fourth home run of the season in the 8th inning to break the tie and give the Dogs the lead. Matt Van Orden, Ryan Scoma, and Cody Himes each had a double to help CSM to victory. With this win, the Bulldogs improve to 8-3 in the Coast Conference.

On Friday, March 24th, the CSM Bulldogs played at Santa Clara University against San Jose City College. The four hour game turned out to be all worth it when the Dogs took the lead with a 2-out double by Cody Himes that scored two runs to take the lead in the 8th inning. Relief pitcher Jack Adams picked up the win in relief by pitching 5 2/3's innings striking out 7. Himes had three RBI's along with two from Darren Gemoll.

On Thursday, March 23rd, the CSM Bulldogs hosted Cabrillo College and won big with the final score of 24-1. CSM built a comfortable lead by scoring 12 runs by the second inning, and it was enough for starter Kyle Woodruff to receive his sixth win of the season to improve his record to 6-0. The Bulldogs had a total of 26 hits. The Bulldogs hit 5 homeruns in the game. Cameron Leck hit a 2 run shot in the first and a solo blast in the 4th. Logan Boyd also had 2 homeruns; a grand slam in the 2nd inning and a 2 run shot in the 3rd. Cody Himes had 4 hits, including his second home run of the season. Darren Gemoll, JJ Mascolo, Tyler Heil, Jesse Lehane, Ryan Scoma, Matt Van Orden, and Mike Coccelato, each had 2 hits. With the win the Bulldogs improve their Coast Conference record to 6-3 and a 15-9 record overall. On Thursday, March 16, the CSM Bulldogs suffered a 7 - 2 defeat at West Valley in Saratoga. The Bulldogs were limited to three hits by 7 Viking pitchers. On Tuesday, March 14, the CSM Bulldogs hosted Mission College. The Bulldogs got the win with a final score of 9-6. Starter Kyle Woodruff pitched 8 strong innings, allowing five runs, and striking out 9. The Bulldogs got on the board early in the game by knocking in five runs in the first inning. Cody Himes and Logan Boyd each had 2 hits, with Boyd driving in 2 RBI's. Shane Arslan had a solid offensive game by contributing with four hits and 3 RBI's. With this win, the Bulldogs improve to 5-1 in the Coast Conference and are in first place in the Coast North. On Saturday, March 4th, the CSM Bulldogs hosted the Canada Colts in a Coast Conference match up. The final score showed CSM victorious 4-3. Mar 3: CSM defeats Cabrillo in first conference game

On Thursday, March 2nd, The CSM Bulldogs traveled to Santa Cruz to face off against Cabrillo College. The Dogs returned winners of a close game with a final score of 4-1. Starter Joey Grant pitched a solid five innings allowing only one run. Bryan Faulds and Ryan Peters pitched the final 4 innings, with Peters picking up his second save of the year. The Bulldogs put together a big 6th inning where they sent 9 men to the plate and scored all four of their runs. Matt Van Orden was solid behind the plate and put together another two hit game. Mar 1: CSM Takes A Tough Loss Over Delta

On February 25th, the CSM Bulldogs hosted San Joaquin Delta at home for a second consecutive game. The Dogs took a hard loss by giving up the losing run in the top of the 9th for a final score of 4-3. CSM starter Kyle Woodruff pitched 6 strong innings while only allowing 2 runs. On Thursday the Bulldogs took a long trip to San Joaquin Delta College and returned victorious with a final score of 11-5. Ryan Peters picked up his first win of the season as he entered to relieve starter Derek Thomas in the fourth inning. On an offensive note, the Dogs had a huge fifth inning scoring a total of 11 runs. Ryan Scoma contributed with 3 hits, one including a double, knocking in a total of 2 RBI's. Jesse Lehane and Matt Van Orden also helped by producing 2 RBI's each. Cameron Leck, Darren Gemoll, and Ivan Fujii each had 2 hits. With this victory, the Dogs improve to 9-5 on the season. CSM will be back in action this weekend when they become the host to San Joaquin Delta at 11:00 AM.

When a great pitching performance is combined with timely hitting, a victory is usually the result. CSM got another great outing by Kyle Woodruff (pictured, left), against the defending State Champs. Woodruff pitched his first collegiate complete game to pick up his second win of the year. In nine innings Woodruff struck-out 7, walked 1, gave up 7 hits, and allowed only 1 run. The offense was lead by Cody Himes who had 3 hits, 3 RBI's, 2 SB's and scored 1 run. Darren Gemoll added 2 hits, including a double and a RBI. Matt Van Orden (pictured, right) was solid behind the plate, throwing out both runners who tried to steal.

Two days after CSM was held in check for only 3 hits against Marin College, the Dogs bats came alive. CSM pounded out 10 hits, 3 for extra bases. Cody Himes (pictured, left) lead the way as he had 3 hits, including 2 doubles. Himes also stole 2 bases and scored 3 runs. Cameron Leck added 2 hits, including an RBI double. On the mound, Kyle Woodruff was dazzling. Woodruff was in command all day:8 innings, 2 runs, 5 hits, 6 strikeouts and no walks. Woodruff earned his second win of the year, raising his record to 2-0. Ryan Peters (pictured, right) pitched a perfect 9th inning to record his 1st save of the year. CSM is now 2-2 and is back in action at home on Saturday against Chabot College. Jan 31: CSM Loses Tough 1-Run Game

CSM and College of Marin locked up in a pitchers duel on Tuesday. Sophomore pitcher Kaimi Mead was outstanding for the Dogs. Mead threw 7 innings, striking out 4, allowing 0 walks and only 1 run. However, Mead's performance was matched by Marin as the Dogs could only manage 3 hits. Austin Graham hit his second double of the year, Alex Weeks and Ryan Scoma added singles, but CSM could not push a run across the plate. Ivan Fujii (pictured at 2nd base) held firm at the bag to turn a double play in the 3rd inning. CSM is back in action at home on Thursday at 2pm vs. Sierra College and Saturday at Noon vs. Chabot.

Jan 30: Dogs Open Season 1-1

A pair of sophomore arms lead the Bulldogs to their first win of the season. CSM hosted Butte College in a three game series. Kyle Woodruff was the starting pitcher for game one of the 2006 season. Woodruff went 5 innings, striking out 3, allowing 3 hits and only 1 run in his debut. He was lifted in the sixth inning and replaced by Bryan Faulds. Faulds four innings of work were just as impressive: 2 strike outs, 3 hits, no runs and picked up the win in relief. The Bulldog's jumped on the board in the second inning on a long homerun to left-center by Sophomore Austin Graham. CSM then scored 5 in the 6th inning and 3 in the 7th for a final score of 9-1. Freshmen Alex Weeks had 2 hits, 2 RBI's, and scored 2 runs. Sophomore catcher Matt Van Orden was solid behind the plate and added 2 hits of his own.

Shaky Bulldog defense led to a 7-3 defeat against Butte College. CSM committed 5 errors in the game while only managing 5 hits. Tyler Fockler took the loss, his first of the year. Ryan Peters and Danny March finished out the game for the Dogs on the mound. Offensively, CSM was lead by Cody Himes who had 2 hits including a double.

The third game of the series was halted in the sixth inning due to rain It will not be made up and does not go on either teams record. The Dogs are back in action this week, as they host College of Marin on Tuesday at 2pm, Sierra College on Thursday at 2pm and Chabot College Saturday at Noon. Jan 26: Dogs Open Season Friday

The College of San Mateo Baseball team will start the 2006 season Friday against Butte College. First pitch is scheduled for 2pm. On Saturday the Dogs and Roadrunners will square off in a double header, the 1st game is at 10:30am with the second game following 30 minutes after the conclusion of that game.

Jan 16: Alumni Game Scheduled for January 21st

The Bulldogs kick off the 2006 season with an Alumni game at our newly renovated field. First pitch is scheduled for noon. The Alumni team will be lead by the Hall of Famer John Noce.
