Application Process

Follow these six steps to apply for the EOPS/CARE program:

1. Apply for CSM Admission

2. File a BOGW Application with the Financial Aid Office

3. Take the CSM Placement Test

4. Complete four semester Student Educational Plan with Counselor

5. Register for Classes: Go to WebSMART

6. Complete an EOPS/CARE Application: Contact us for an appointment
