Six Steps to Ensuring Your Continuation of
EOPS Support Services

You are in the “driver’s seat” by complying with the Mutual
Responsibility Contract as follows:

1. Follow your student education plan
2. Complete 12 units; unless approved for less
3. Earn and maintain a 2.00 GPA
4. Meet with your EOPS counselor three times per semester
5. Complete three progress reports per semester
6. Complete CRER 121: Planning for Student Success
   

Additionally, the time limitation to receive EOPS support services is
70-degree applicable units or six consecutive semesters, whichever
comes first.
