"Coach T" is in his tenth year at CSM. Tulloch was a defensive back for Palomar College (91-92), a junior college near San Diego. He played for Palomar's 1991 National Championship team. Tulloch then moved on to Menlo College (93-94) where he led his team in interceptions both his junior and senior years'. He was also voted defensive captain his senior year at Menlo. Tulloch graduated with a bachelors degree in Advertising. In the 2001 season, the CSM secondary set a school record with a state leading 25 interceptions. Tulloch has done internships with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Diego Chargers and Amsterdam Admirals of the NFL Europe.
