PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Peer-to-Peer Panel Replacement

SCHEDULE:

Sunday, April 9, - Sunday, April 16, 2006,

6am to 5pm

CAMPUS IMPACT:

The existing fire alarm panels will be changed out to panels that will localize fire alarms at each of the campus buildings that house a fire alarm panel.

This work is scheduled during Spring Break to minimize disturbing campus occupants.

The following is the proposed panel change-out schedule by date and building.

4/9/06 –   Buildings 3, 9, 30, 33, 34,

4/10/06 – Buildings 8, 10, 19, 22, 25, 30 (btwn 6-9am and 1-5pm)

4/11/06 – Buildings 17,18, 19, 22, B35, B36, and District Office

4/12/06 – Complete Buildings 7, 35, 36, D.O. (btwn 6-8am)

4/12/06 thru 4/16/06 – Campus-wide Programming/Testing

Campus building occupants are advised that fire alarm panels will be sounding alarms throughout the week, as the panels are changed out, re-programmed and tested.

Please be prepared for the alarm soundings in the buildings listed above, during this period.

District Office will be minimally affected.
