Description:
The scope of this project includes lease and improvements to Building D at Shoreline Station along Hwy 1 in Half Moon Bay. Improvements include the creation of two general assignment classrooms, a computer lab, and a teleconference facility. Smart classroom technology will be installed in each instruction room.

Benefits:
This project will bring CSM directly to residents in and around Half Moon Bay with a mini-campus equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
