Two different courses of Intermediate Spanish had extra credit assignments. The Tuesday/Thursday class wrote poems with respect to "Autorretrato" by Rosario Castellanos, while the Wednesday class had to come up with creation myths for a food or dish of their choice. Their excellent submissions are entered below.
