This dial-in Internet access service is available to all SMCCD Employees.
This service is an extension of the existing Internet connectivity that is
available in your office. While every effort has been made to ensure
reliable trouble free service, the District cannot guarantee any level of
service. In addition, telephone support (ONLY) for this service is provided
by the ITS HelpCenter. Therefore, support for this service is limited to
the resources available through the HelpCenter. The Help Center
hours are generally Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 PM. There is no support
available outside these hours. Please email the HelpCenter at helpcenter@smccd.net to report outages or busy signals.

note: The ITS HelpCenter does not repair non-district computer hardware and
cannot provide support if hardware is not functioning or does not meet the
minimum requirements.
