        • drag down "File" menu.
        • select "Mail Document"
      • Send a portion of the document to yourself
        • highlight the text you want,
        • drag down "Edit" menu, select the "Copy" command
        • drag down "File" menu, select the "New Mail Message", click in the message area so that the cursor appears there,
        • paste the text in the message area using the "Edit" menu, and select "Paste".
