- drag down "File" menu.
- select "Mail Document"
- Send a portion of the document to yourself
- highlight the text you want,
- drag down "Edit" menu, select the "Copy"
command
- drag down "File" menu, select the "New
Mail Message", click in the message area
so that the cursor appears there,
- paste the text in the message area
using the "Edit" menu, and select "Paste".
