Class
Registration
To
register for a class:
Here is the list of things to do to get into a class. You might want
to print out this list of instructions, so you can refer to
it when you change the screen.
-
Application
Form. Some of you may not have
a college application form on file, so you need to do that first.
If you haven't taken any classes here at Skyline College within
the last six to nine months, you have to do it again. Click here:
application
to go to the on-line application forms. Yes, it is kind of
a long form, but bear with them. Pat yourself on the back once
it is done, that was the hardest part. It will take a couple of
days for the form to be processed. Then you will be in the system
and can register for the class.
-
Register.
For many classes you can register on-line with WebSmart by clicking
here: register
. Use your social security number for your "User ID";
no dashes or slashes, just the numbers. They will also give you
a special number you can also use as your "User ID",
so you aren't using your social security number. Then use your
birthdate for your "PIN", like this: mmddyy. They will
bill you by mail for the registration fee, only $18.00 per unit
for most California residents. Some classes have fees which you
will pay in class. Make sure you pay the registration fees, or
you can be dropped from the class.
-
Now
you are ready to take the class. Please arrive on time. We have
a lot of information to cover. I look forward to seeing you.
Note:
Some classes are closed until you contact Rick Escalambre at skysmog@aol.com
or Steve McAfee at 650-738-4485 or 707-578-7722. Contact us if you
are having problems getting into a class.
