Start > Programs > Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 > Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003
File > New > Project
On left select Project Type: Visual Basic Projects
On right select Windows Application
Type in Project Name:
Type in Parent Folder Location: (in the lab this should be C:\Temp)
