Adapted Physical Education

Adapted Physical Education classes are designed to provide an environment where the student can progress and experience success regardless of their physical limitations. It is the objective of the A.P.E. Program to get students to their highest level of fitness within their own ability. All classes are individualized to meet the specific needs of the student.

Goals of A.P.E.:
* Cardiovascular training
* Muscular strength and endurance training
* Improve flexibility
* Lifelong fitness
* Improve the quality of the student's life through appropriate physical activity
