April 19, 2005 In Week 13, we will continue with Essay Project 3 — Created Equal: The Myth of the Melting Pot. You will draft for my feedback the introduction section to this essay and the summary of Vincent Parillo's "Causes of Prejudice." In addition we'll prepare to draft the first section of our final researched essay. Book Team members need to bring their most useful books to class. Prepare to continue multi-tasking. Keep in mind your opportunities to meet with me one to one for assistance. I am available outside of our regular class meetings, both in my office and in the Writing and Reading Lab in 5100 — The Learning Center at Skyline College. Use your opportunity!
