Download and Install Latest Acrobat Reader

Having the Most Recent Version Will Give You the Greatest Functionality

1. To view examples of how PDF documents might be used in a course, you'll need the latest version of Acrobat Reader. Click on the link below to download it now.   http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html   (no cost)

2. When Acrobat Reader has completed downloading to your computer, click on the installer icon (found in the downloaded folder) to install the program onto your computer.  (Contact Adobe support if you get error messages.)

3. After installing Acrobat Reader, double-click on the "Example" PDF file links on the next page.

NOTE:

While you can use older versions of Acrobat Reader, however, this course strongly recommends that you take this opportunity to install the most up-to-date version so that you will be able to use /and see the latest features (color mark-ups, forms, etc) that your instructor may be using. Why miss something? "Tune-up" your software now so that you will be ready.

If you have Safari or Internet Explorer 7, you may find their reader capabilities comparable to the Acrobat Reader.
