Want to be better than your friends at basketball? Start practicing now. You will improve your dribbling, passing, and shooting skills as you learn offensive and defensive strategies from our experienced college coach. Tennis shoes are required.

Self Defense

Join us in this great physical education class that teaches self defense skills, respect, self-control and discipline. Learn blocks, strikes, kicks and simple self-defense techniques. You will acquire greater self-confidence and benefit from the fun physical exercise.
