Microsoft Office for both PC and MAC are now covered under the our Microsoft Campus Agreement for "work-at-home" use. If you need the software for your office, please submit a work order and a Technician will install for you. If you need the software for a non-SMCCD computer, simply follow these steps:

Employees can order software online at the Microsoft HUP Web site. To access this Web site, they must use the unique program code provided below.
To access the Microsoft HUP site, you should:
1. Go to https://hup.microsoft.com/
2. Select the country to which you want your order to be shipped to and choose the language for viewing the order Web site.
3. Enter your "smccd.edu" e-mail address and program code: 4E86C16540
4. Please note that a fulfillment fee will be charged to cover packaging, shipping, and handling costs.

The unique Program Code is: 4E86C16540

This applies to ALL Faculty and Staff of the San Mateo County Community College District.

Microsoft Software Training
You may be familiar with the @ONE Project which provides free and low-cost trainings for the faculty and staff of California Community Colleges. Most of the trainings are web-based and there are some annual workshops that you can register to attend. The @ONE Project is provided by the California Community College Chancellor’s Office Telecommunication and Technology Infrastructure Program (TTIP). Windows 7 Update
You’re probably well aware that Windows 7 is coming! Under the Work at Home program from the Foundation for California Community Colleges we expect to have Windows 7 available in early October. Faculty and Staff can purchase this software by visiting www.collegebuys.org. The Windows 7 Professional Upgrade should be available in November. (keep in mind only Windows VISTA computers can be upgraded. Windows XP computers will need a fresh/clean install of Windows 7.
